Errors, defects, or damaged items
If you receive a product with errors, defects, or damage, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions to return the item or resolve the issue promptly.
Returns & exchanges
For returns or exchanges that are not due to errors, defects, or damage, contact us within 90 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. We provide a free prepaid return label for all eligible returns. No restocking fees.
